Hartco operates on strong moral and ethical codes developed from God's Holy Word. The result
of our convictions to those moral and ethical codes is reflected in our commitment to people,
quality products and superior service to our customers. It is our desire that in our service to you
and your needs that we may bring glory to God; thereby, "Reflecting the Difference" in our
company based upon our convictions.Hartco was established in 1981 by Robert Hartenstein.
The company was purchased from Dayco Corporation by whom Mr. Hartenstein was employed
at the time. In 2000, Hartco was purchased by Mr. Hartenstein's son; Chris. From it's inception;
and continuing under Chris' leadership, Hartco is a niche manufacturer of vinyl coated products.
In other words, we develop specialized products to meet specific needs of vinyl users. The
products have a common tie in that they all begin with liquid vinyl / polymer coated and cured on
such substrates as papers, fabrics, and mylars. Products are manufactured to supply such
industries as sign supply distributors and sign manufacturers, clean room industries and football
manufacturers. Products such as sandblast resist, contamination control flooring and football
linings and covers are the result of our efforts at Hartco. We also have the capability to do
