Coelia triptera
Native of: Central America
Habitat: growing on trees or rocks from 500 – 1400m altitude.
Description: Medium sized plant with thin leaves 40cm long. The
1.5cm flowers are produced on short stems from the base of the
pseudobulb. These are very fragrant.
Cultivation Guidance: At school we grow this species cool
(min 100C) in medium light.
Flowering season: March/April
