Daffodils

‘Pipit’ - Jonquil Variety. Fragrant flowers - yellow with white
base. Height: 20cm. Flowers: Mid-spring. Best in full sun.
 ‘Tete-a-tete’ - Golden petals, yellowish-orange cup. Height:
15cm. Flowers: Early spring. Long lasting flowers.
 ‘Geranium’ - Tazetta type. Clusters of up to 6 fragrant white
flowers with deep orange-red cups. Height: 35cm. Flowers:
April.
Galanthus nivalis - Snowdrops
 Height: 10cm. Flowers: January – March. Cool partially
shaded position.
Bluebells
 Fragrant blue flowers. Height: 25cm. Spread: 8-10cm. Good
for naturalising. Partial shade.
Eranthus hyemalis - Winter Aconites
 Golden yellow flowers. Height: 15cm. Flowers: January –
March. Plant 3cm deep and 5cm apart. Rockeries and
naturalising.
Iris
 ‘Harmony’ - Deep blue standards and royal blue falls, with a
yellow blotch rimmed in white. Plant 20cm deep. Height: 1015cm. Flowers: Winter into spring. Sunny site.
Fritillaria meleagris - Snakes-head Fritillary
 Height: 20cm. Flowers: April. Good for naturalising. Sun or
partial shade
Muscari - Grape Hyacinth
 ‘Blue Magic’ - Bright blue fragrant flowers with white edges.
Height: 15cm. Flowers: March-April.
Allium
 ‘Purple Sensation’ - Violet purple flowers. Height: 60 – 75cm.
Flowers: May. Sunny, well-drained soil.
Anemone blanda mixed
 Starry flowers in blue, purple, pink or white. Height: 9-12cm.
Flowers: March-April. Full sun & dry conditions. Excellent for
pots.
Gladiolus byzantinus
 Spikes of deep purple-red flowers with narrow pale marks.
Height: 60 -90cm. Flowers: May – June. Sunny site. Plant
corms 10-15cm deep, 15-20cm apart on a layer of sand.

 ‘Cassinii’ - Triumph/Mid-season variety. Deep crimson. Height:
40cm. Flowers: April-May.
 ‘Gavota’ - Triumph variety. Deep terracotta red, edged with
deep yellow band. Height: 45cm. Flowers: Late April.

‘Ballerina’ - Lily-Flowering Variety. Vivid orange flowers.
Fragrant flowers. Height: 56cm. Flowers: May.
 ‘White Triumphator’ - Lily-flower Variety. Large pure white
flowers. Height: 60cm. Flowers: May.

‘Black Parrot’ - Parrot Variety. Showy, long lasting, purpleblack flowers, with fringed and twisted petals. Height: 55cm.


‘Cape Cod’ - Greigii Hybrids. Large single yellowish-bronze
flowers with a black and red base. Height: 20cm. Spread:
20cm. Flowers: Mid spring. Sunny site.
 ‘Red Riding Hood’ - Greigii Hybrids. Vivid, black based, scarlet
flowers with mottled leaves. Height: 30cm. Spread: 20cm.
Flowers: Mid – Late spring.

‘Purissima’ - Fosteriana Variety. Large creamy white
flowers.Height: 38cm. Flowers: April.
 ‘Queen of Night’ - Single Late/Cottage Variety. The darkest of
all tulips. Long-lasting, dark maroon-black flowers. Height:
60cm. Flowers: May.
 ‘Negrita’ - Triumph/Mid-season variety. Deep purple with
beetroot-purple veining and a blush grey base. Height: 40 –
50cm. Flowers: April-May.

