This interactive, 18-hole miniature golf adventure
is based on Disney’s classic animated film
Fantasia. Experienced golfers can challenge
Disney’s Fantasia Fairways, complete with parthree and par-four holes ranging in length from
40 to 75 feet long. The Dancing Hippo and
Sorcerer's Apprentice Pavilions are available
for convention functions and special events.
(Located in the Epcot® Resort area, across from
the Fantasia Gardens).
Your group can book a private event using
the pavilions individually or together, and in
conjunction with the Fantasia Fairways miniature
golf course if you prefer. Our Disney DJ’s are experts in creating not only music, but a memorable event. Whether you want a mellow DJ to spin
tunes without a fuss or a DJ that “gets the event started” with interactive antics, our professionals take the worry out of
your hands. By the time you and your Guests arrive on the scene, the event has started; theatrical lighting glows and
the DJ is spinning music to get your feet in the beat. At Disney, we turn your event into a event no one will forget!
A variety of delicious menu options are available. Our talented Disney chefs will prepare an unforgettable meal for you
and your Guests. Beverage service is also available in a package that is sure to fit your group’s needs. From a beer and
wine bar to a full premium brands bar with specialty drinks, there is something for everyone!

Sample Timeline:
6:00 p.m.
Guests arrive at Fantasia Gardens where they are met by Event Guides and escorted to the
Dancing Hippo or Sorcerer's Apprentice Pavilion. There they will enjoy a private event to
include:
• Buffet Dinner (1½ hours)
• Beverage Service
• Entertainment (elements vary in set time and length)
8:00 p.m.
Event concludes.

Enhancements:
Roaming Photographer (up to 2 hours)
Capture all the one-of-a-kind moments your Guests will be experiencing while inside
their own private party! After all, a picture is worth a thousand words. Our Disney
photographer can candidly capture all the excitement of the attractions and entertainment
and humorous interactions with Disney’s Streetmosphere as well as executive speeches
and VIP appearances – whatever you want, he/she can get it “in the can.” Package includes
a high resolution CD for posting in newsletters, internal publications or intranet site. Also
includes a complimentary website where guests can view and purchase prints.
Notes:
• This document is not an agreement or an offer to enter into an agreement and is for discussion purposes only. Accordingly, neither of us will be committed unless a mutually acceptable written agreement for this event is signed
by both you and us, and until then either of us may withdraw from negotiations at any time and for any reason
without liability.
• Space for this event is not currently being held and we cannot guarantee space will be available at the location(s),
on the date(s) or at the time(s) you desire.
• There is a food and beverage minimum for either Fantasia Gardens, Dancing Hippo Pavilion or Sorcerer's Apprentice
Pavilion.
• No attractions or entertainment will be booked or confirmed for this event absent an agreement signed by both you
and us.
• Park Venue Package includes:
o A reserved in-park venue and the services needed to ensure the venue is prepared specially for your group.
o Specially trained Event Guides to greet and escort your group to and from the event location.
o The Event Guides will remain with your group throughout the event (up to four hours) and assist with any
special needs including directions and the distribution of raingear, maps and programs.
• Attractions and entertainment are subject to change without notice.
• This document does not include provisions for inclement weather.
• Photographs included in this document are the property of Disney Destinations or its affiliates and cannot be
duplicated without our prior written consent.
• It is understood that any business documents, suggestions or other ideas or information provided by you to us
will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be used or disclosed by us without liability or
compensation.
