We hope you all had a joyous holiday season! As many of you know, summer
league is quickly approaching and we are looking forward to the 2009 swimming being
as exciting as 2008.
As with years in the past we are offering your team a $150.00 gift certificate to
host your own sizing. We will provide you with all the necessary supplies and detailed
instructions you will need to make this happen. If you sell AT LEAST thirty suits at your
sizing, you will be eligible for this $150.00 gift certificate. The gift certificate is our way
of thanking you in assisting us to help more teams. They must be redeemed by the end of
July 2009 and the only stipulation is that they CANNOT be used towards the purchase of
team suits but can be used on purchases in store as well as custom imprint items such as
caps, shirts and awards.
Many of you will be continuing on with the same suit that you were in last year so
all you will need to do is get your sizing date on the schedule as soon as possible.
For those teams that need to pick new suits, here is some information on suit
offerings for the 2009 season. The new Speedo two-year suit patterns are: Shining Star,
Electric Shock and Galaxy. Speedo has decided to continue offering four one-year price
point suit patterns and they are: Sun Moon and Stars, Supernova, Flower Power and
Motion. The team price before taxes for the one-year suits are $43.20 for the youth
female and $44.80 for the adult female. The Flower Power does not offer a matching
jammer. TYR also is offering five new two-year suit patterns for those that need to pick
a new suit. These suits patterns are: Neptune, Thor, Poseidon, Nero and Marinus. The
Marinus does not have a matching Jammer but can be paired with an Alliance Splice
jammer. Dolfin has come out with two new two-year suit patterns. Their new suit
patterns are: Cruz and Prisma: both of which have a matching jammer. Nike has one new
two-year pattern and it is Ribbons. A matching jammer is not available but can be paired
with a Color Block jammer. In addition to the new designs and prints, we have your
basic solids and splice suits available that can be embroidered with team logo.
Sizing dates and suit selections fill up VERY quickly! PLEASE call us as soon as
possible to assure that you get your desired time, date and suit choice. In addition to that,
if your team chooses to do an embroidered suit, please make sure that your sizing date is
set on or before April 26, 2009. This is to ensure that we will be able to get you your suits
back before your first meet.
