Summary of Qualifications
Fifteen years of experiences in biomedical signal processing and physiological signal
databases, broad knowledge of principles and methods of physiological signals
detecting, analyzing and processing, deep interest in biomedical image processing and
computer modeling, advanced level of programming with Linux and Windows, C/ C++,
Visual Basic, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW, database and SQL, doing arithmetic
research with MATLAB and doing statistical analysis with SAS.
Main Research Interests
Biomedical signal and image processing, Physiological signal databases, Physiological
signal quality assessment, Physiological modeling and simulation, Brain atlas and 3D
reconstruction, Virtual instruments
