Join Together to create a Christmas spectacular – and win £1,000
Market Place will be the place to be on Sunday 18 December, when JT hosts its first
Christmas Join Together Day.
St Peter Port is likely to be bustling on the last Sunday before Christmas, with shops
open across town to let Islanders make their final purchases before the big day as well
as soak up some festive atmosphere.
The hub of activity will be Market Square, where three of the top performing acts from
this summer’s JT’s Music Moments pop-up gigs - Toby Falla, Lydia Pugh and Carly
Tucknott - will be performing on the JT Join Together stage throughout the day.
From 2.30 pm, there will be a prize draw on the stage to win £1,000. The winner must
be in Market Square at that time, otherwise the prize will be redrawn. To find out how
to enter, Islanders should pick up a flyer which will be handed out in St Peter Port from
this Saturday, or visit www.jtglobal.com/win.
Tamara O’Brien, Deputy Managing Director of JT Guernsey, said: “For anyone who
wants to get into the Christmas spirit, I urge them to come to Market Square on 18
December. JT is proud to be showcasing some great home-grown musical talent as well

Sonia Taylor of Market Buildings said: “We are delighted to be holding the Christmas
Join Together Day and JT’s prize draw at the Market Place further endorsing our
relationship with JT who provide free public Wi-Fi in the area. The day will have
something for all the family with great shopping, fantastic entertainment, a festive
market and a great selection of food.”

JT’s free Christmas Join Together Day will begin at 10am and finish at 4pm.
