Application Infrastructure Team
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT
ADMINISTRATORS & DEVELOPERS install, configure,
maintain, and monitor small and medium-sized
infrastructure sofware environments. They also design,
write, and test computer code to construct application
development frameworks. They serve as expert level
developers as well as train and mentor application
development staff.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT ARCHITECTS
perform planning and design duties for the software
development and production architectures including
integration with the network architecture and other
software development frameworks; perform lead
administrator duties for software development and
production environments including installing, configuring,
upgrading, maintaining, and securing development
frameworks and toolsets; develop and maintain software
development framework standards, processes, and
guidelines; train and mentor IT staff on design and
development; and manage and participate on various
application infrastructure projects.
DATABASE ARCHITECT AND ADMINISTRATORS perform
planning, design, and administration duties for the overall
database architecture at DCBS including integration with
the network architecture and software development
frameworks; perform lead database administration duties
for the relational database systems at DCBS including
installing, configuring, upgrading, monitoring, maintaining,
and securing; train and mentor IT staff on database
modeling, design, and SQL/PL-SQL programming; and
manage and participate on various application
infrastructure projects.
