Hera is described as a beautiful woman
wearing a crown and holding a royal lotustipped staff.
This makes her different from other gods
because not all gods are from a royal state or
wear crowns.
Hera has no weapon but she has a pet peacock.

Hera is the goddess of marriage, child birth,
empire, and kings.



Hera married Zeus, who is also her twin
brother.
Mother of Ares, and Hephaestus.
Hera’s siblings are Zeus, Hades, Poseidon,
Hestia, and Demeter.



Hera would sometimes be jealous of Zeus
because he was so powerful.
She has an addiction to perfection.
Hera killed her son by pushing him off of Mt.
Olympus.


Hera doesn’t have many friends.
People who help her out though are Zeus, and
her children.


Hera would usually be found in a
hospital/doctors office helping with childbirth.
Also, you may find Hera in a foster care
helping with young children.


The Pomegranate symbolizes fertility because
she was the god of childbirth.
The peacock was the symbol of immortality.
