Base Location: Plymouth, Michigan
Travel Required: Yes
Job Description: Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition,
requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. Document and demonstrate solutions by
developing flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Develop electrical
controls, program AC drive systems. Develop PLC and HMI software as per the requirements of the
customer. Participate in team/customer meetings. Develop software solutions and implement
electrical controls design by providing installation, start-up, and technical support. This individual will
also program AC drive systems as well as participate in regular design reviews on control system status
and issues.
Applicant Requirements:









Bachelor’s in computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other technical program a must
Electrical controls and electrical hardware design experience required
Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000 (ControlLogix) experience a must
Must have strong controls PLC and HMI programming background
Factory Talk or WinCC experience essential
Network communications skills a must (Ethernet/IP)
NEC and NFPA 79 knowledge is a must
Siemens and Allen Bradley drive experience is preferred
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
