(A “soft target” [ST] is a military term which refers to “an undefended civilian target attacked by an
army, a military group, or a terrorist group.” A terrorist act is one that is intended to create fear, and
frequently it is an act which disregards the safety of non-combatants [i.e. individuals who are not
fighting for one or more of the belligerents that are involved in an armed conflict]. And, the motivations
for such monstrous acts are usually justified by some false rationale which may be religious and/or
political in nature.)
“Charlie Hebdo” (“Weekly Charlie”) is a French weekly newspaper which features satirical cartoons,
reports, and jokes. Typically, it targets extreme rightest institutions which would include political and
religious global entities of all pedigrees.
(The publication’s name was eventually taken from one of the characters of the Charles Monroe Schulz’s
[1922-2000] famous, American comic strip, “Peanuts” [which featured among other cartoon characters,
the protagonist, “Charlie Brown” and the antagonist, “Lucy van Pelt”].
The protagonist, “Charlie Brown”, has been described as “shy, meek, insecure, self-loathing, kindhearted, hopeful, determined, unlucky, and generous.”
The antagonist, “Lucy”, has been characterized as “dimwitted, vain, non-athletic, mean, selfish, caustic,
delusional, deadly [interpersonally], and controlling.”
This “four-panel gag strip” ran from 1950 to 2000. Its current status is “concluded, in reruns.”
Finally, this comic strip was the most popular, most influential, and most profitable of its genre in the
history of comic strips.)
“Charlie Hebdo” was first founded in 1970, and it was re-launched in 1992. From 1981 to 1991, it
ceased publication due to its lack of profitability.
“Charlie Hebdo’s” editor is now Gerard Biard. Mr. Biard replaced Stephane “Charb” Charbonnier (19672015). “Charb” was assassinated by the “crazies” (i.e. by members of a terrorist cell of “Al-Qaeda in the
Arabian Peninsula” [AQPA] that operates primarily in the Arabian nations of Yemen and Saudi Arabia) on
January 7, 2015 along with 11 other innocent human beings.
(The 2015 “Boko Haram” massacre [January 3-January 7, 2015] in Baga, Borno State, Nigeria in which
approximately two thousand civilians were slaughtered overlapped the “Charlie Hebdo” killings. This
was the second Baga massacre in this region of Borno State. The other massacre occurred in April 2013
where the “Nigerian Military” and/or where the “Boko Haram” killed over 200 civilians.)
The AQPA brothers, Cherif Kouachi and Said Kouachi, killed the following people while shouting “Allahu
Akbar” (“God is [the] greatest”): Mr. Frederic Boisseau; Mr. Frank Brinsolaro; Mr. Jean Cabut; Ms. Elsa
Cayat; Mr. Stephane Charbonnier; Mr. Philippe Honore; Mr. Bernard Maris; Mr. Ahmed Merabet; Mr.
Mustapha Ourrad; Mr. Michel Renaud; Mr. Bernard Verlhac; and, Mr. Georges Wolinski.
(“Al-Qaeda” or “al-Qaida” [“The Base”] is a global militant Islamist movement founded by the “crazy”
Osama bin Laden [1957-2011], by the “crazy” Abdullah Yusuf Azzam [1941-1989], and by other “crazies”
in Peshawar, Pakistan between 1988 and 1989.
“Al-Qaeda” operates as a “network comprising both a multi-nationalist, stateless army as well as an
Islamist, extremist, Wahhabi, jihadist group.”
[“Wahhabism” is an extremist, pseudo-movement of Sunni “crazies.” It is named after the preacher and

During the current “Syrian Civil War” [2011-present], “al-Qaeda” factions are fighting with each other,
with the Kurds of Kurdistan, and with the Syrian government.]

To digress (briefly), three principal nations are competing for the leadership of Islam,
contemporaneously: the nation of Sunni Saudi Arabia (supported by the United States and its allies),
the nation of Sunni Turkey (supported by the United States and its allies), and the nation of Shia Iran
(supported by the Russian Federation and its allies)
Parenthetically, a “Muslim” (“one who submits” to Allah) is a person who adheres to the “monotheistic,
Abrahamic religion” of Islam as presented in its central religious text, the “Quran” (“the recitation”).
(The principal “Abrahamic” religions are Judaism, Islam, and Christianity. These religious belief systems
are more similar than dissimilar. In fact, Judaism may be viewed as the “father” of the other two
principal “monotheistic, Abrahamic” religions.)
Sunni Islam is the largest branch of Islam (approximately 90% of 1.6 billion, global “Muslims”). Its
followers are of the “people of the tradition” of the last great Islamic prophet, Muhammad (570-632).
Therefore, this branch may be viewed as the transnational religion of the “non-hereditary” adherents of
Islam.
Shia Islam is the second largest branch of Islam (approximately 10% of 1.6 billion, global “Muslims”). Its
followers are of the Islamic leader Ali ibn Abi Talib (607-661) who was the cousin and the son-in-law of
the great prophet. Thus, this branch may be viewed as the transnational religion of the “hereditary”
adherents of Islam.
One historic reference point for modern transnational Islam would be the collapse and the dissolution of
the Sunni “Ottoman Empire” or “Turkish Empire” or “The Eternal State” (1299-1923) after the “First
Great War” (1914-1918).
(“The Eternal State” was a Sunni Islamic state which was founded by the “Oghuz” Turks under its great
leader, Gazi Han Osman [1258-1326]. Amazingly, this Islamic state would exist for approximately six
centuries after the passing of Osman I’s [1299-1326].
“The Eternal State’s” dissolution in 1922 led to the creation of the modern state of Sunni Turkey, the
modern states in the Sunni-Shia “Balkans”, and the modern states in the Sunni-Shia “Middle East” or
more traditionally, the “Levant.”)
To continue, the Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) or the “Ansar al-Sharia” (the “Group of
Helpers of the Sharia”) is a militant Islamic organization that has been active in the nations of Yemen
and Saudi Arabia. It considers itself as an affiliate and/or as a franchise of Al-Qaeda.
In January 2009, the Al-Qaeda affiliates in Yemen and Saudi Arabia were merged to form the AQAP.
Shortly afterwards, the Egyptian extremist, Ayman al-Zawahiri, “Emir” of Al-Qaeda, confirmed Nasir
Abel al-Wuhayshi as the leader of AQAP in a posted, online video. In addition, al-Wuhayshi’s authority is
derived from his “relationship with” and his “proximity to” the late Osama bin Laden (1957-2011).
AQAP opposes the Sunni Saudi monarchy (1744-present) of the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” by which
AQPA members were forced to seek sanctuary in Yemen (due to their suppression by this Sunni
monarchy).
(Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman “the Merciless” Al Saud [1876-1953], or more simply, “Ibn Saud” was the
first monarch of the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” [1932-1953]. His “power and wealth” were significantly
increased in 1938 with the discovery of “petroleum” in Saudi Arabia by American geologists working for
“Standard Oil of New York.”
The Sunni “House of Saud” is the ruling royal family of the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.” The family is
composed of approximately 15 thousands members. Still, most of the “power and wealth” of the family
is believed to be held by only two thousand of its members, mostly descendants of the “ibn Saud.”
The “King of Saudi Arabia”, the most influential member of the royal family, is the “head of state” of
Saudi Arabia. The current “ruler” is Salman bin Abdul Aziz, the “Seventh King of Saudi Arabia” [2015present].
In general, the “Sons of ibn Saud” are considered to have the primary claim to the throne. Unlike most
Western monarchies, the Sunni Saudi monarchy does not have a clearly, defined, structured “order of
succession.”)
The AQPA brothers, Cherif and Said, after the “Charlie Hebdo” massacre of January 7, 2015, eventually
fled to the office of “Creation Tendance Decouverte”, a signage production company in “Dammartin-enGoele” (France) on January 9, 2015.
At approximately 5:00 PM, these “Abu Ghraib” inspired brothers ran out of a building (that was housing
the signage production company which they previously occupied) shouting “Allahu Akbar” as they were
shooting at the police with their AQPA, financed, automatic weapons.
The police, quickly and efficiently, “gunned them down”, the latest of the so-called “martyrs” of Islamic
extremism.
(It should be noted that Al-Qaeda is competing with ISIL (along with its ally, “Boko Haram”) for the
political position of the most influential, global terrorist group. And, such an intention reflects the true
order of the Sunni-Shia global chaos of “crazies”: that is, these “crazies” want to re-establish the
greatness of “Eternal State” of Osman I.)
It has been reported by the European and the African many (“Muslims”) that their great, just, and holy
Muhammad was seen covering his eyes, ears, and mouth in order not to experience yet the latest false
“martyrdom” of two of his followers: and, he felt like he was experiencing a live-action “Charlie Hebdo”
magazine cover, one of his favorite, satirical publications.
(Apparently, these “crazies”; these enemies of “Allah” [and of His last great prophet, Muhammad]; and,
these “Lucys” of “Charlie Brown”, were not accustomed to their “soft” targets actually “shooting” back.)
And, horrific events like these will be the predictable end for all the “crazies” and all their privileged
benefactors that are competing for “land, power, and wealth” in the “Levant” and elsewhere at the
expense of the global innocent.
Therefore, “Allah’s” glory has nothing to do with the “fear, greed, and wont” of the extremist “crazies”:
The actions of these “followers” honor only “Shaytan” or “Iblis.”
(According to the “Quran”, the “jinn”, the “humans”, and the “angels” comprise the three sapient
creations of “Allah.” Like humans, the “jinn” or “smokeless creatures” have free will. The “Shaytan” jinn
are analogous to the “Satanic” demons of Christian religious belief. Thus, the Islamic concept of
“Shaytan” is equivalent to the Christian concept of “Satan.”)
To hell with the “oligarchs” (the American, the Saudi Arabian, the Iranian, the Russian, the Syrian, the
Iraqi, and the Turkish few) and their “familiars” (“Shaytan” [“Satan”] and His Al-Qaeda in Egypt:
especially its AQPA affiliate; His ISIL; His Boko Haram (the ally of His ISIL or of His “Non-black” ISIL); Nazi
