Instructions for Use of Sanitiser’s
1.
SNOBS is:
 a specific formulation for the food service industry incorporating CITROX,
(an extract from the skin and pulp of citrus products) a non-toxic sanitiser
that is odourless, colourless and tasteless at recommended
concentrations.
 formulated using CITROX, a contact sanitiser that breaks down the
biofilm of bacteria allowing the CITROX to penetrate the cell wall of the
pathogen thereby killing it. Residues from the SNOBS are accepted as a
food and are non-toxic.
 purchased already diluted at 2% and is used to sanitise all food contact
surfaces including bench tops, tables, equipment and appliances eg.
microwave oven, slicer, beaters, chopping boards etc.
Staff decant the product directly into trigger bottles and spray directly
onto the work surface, which is allowed to air dry prior to use.
 also used to sanitise all ready-to-eat fresh fruit and vegetables that are
not peeled or cooked prior to consumption.
Staff prepare a bowl of SNOBS and allow the fruit and vegetables to
soak for at least 10 minutes to ensure the bacteria is killed. The produce
is then drained and allowed to air dry.

Oasis Compac Quat Sanitiser is:
 used to sanitise all non food contact surfaces including floors, walls,
cupboards, draws, fans, rubbish bins cleaning equipment.
