Donatori ed Accettori. Derivati dai sali di Bechgaard. Sali di Krogmann e Metalli costituiti da catene di Pt parzialmente ossidate. Proprietà ottiche: Metallo-ditioleni come caso studio. Correlazione struttura/proprietà. Metallo ditioleni quali coloranti per il vicino infrarosso; quali portatori di proprietà di ottica non lineare. Complessi di lantanidi luminescenti nel NIR. Proprietà Magnetiche. Complessi con proprietà magnetiche. Materiali molecolari multifunzionali costituiti da donatori ed accettori portatori di proprietà differenti (ottiche e/o magnetiche, di conduzione).
