The perineum and the external genital organs
1. Dissection of the posterior perineum in male and female. Scrotum, testis, epididymis, and
spermatic cord. The study of the penis. Dissection of the penis. Male anterior perineum. Urogenital
diaphragm. Ischiorectal fossa – anterior extension.
2. Pudendum or vulva. Dissection of the anterior perineum in female. Topographic study of the
perineum.
