Gall bladder stores the greenish liquid
called bile that is made by the liver.
Once food enter the small intestine ,
the gall bladder contracts and pump
bile into small intestine. It then break
down the fat in the small intestine.
18. What nutrients that are
digested in the small intestine?
Fats and all remaining carbohydrates
and proteins that have not been
digested in the stomach and the mouth
are digested in the small intestine
19. What is pizza changed into in
the small intestine? It is changed
into a soupy mix containing
digested food like amino
acids(broken down proteins),
broken down fats, sugars(broken
down starch), vitamins and
minerals. The undigested pizza is
ready to go into the large intestine
