Techniques and Methods
Have experience of working methods including modern Molecular Biology (PCR, rtPCR, colony
PCR, Site-Directed mutagenesis (Quickchange Mutagenesis), Screening of mutants of different
aspect of peroxisomal and LDs biogenesis, Western Blotting, Immunoblotting, Cloning (Normal
Clonning from genomic DNA, Gateway Clonning, Clone Jet PCR) , siRNA, miRNA), PNS/
Organella Pellet Gradient Analysis(Cell Fractionation), Lipid purification by Floatation Assay and
Composition Analysis by Thin Layer (one/two dimentional) Chromatography, Complex Isolation,
Ubiquitination, Protein Purification and localization, Histopathology and Cell Culture ,
Transfections and in vivo assays including Protein and Lipid localization by Fluorescence
Microscopy and Confocal Microscopy.
