[ Summary ]
This portable “Multi‐Function Level Meter” (LM‐321/LM‐322) is suitable for maintenance of
communication equipment and analyzing in‐field operation in voice frequency band. It is
equipped with several essential devices such as, oscillator, level meter, voltmeter and
ohmmeter.

It is composed of oscillator, level meter, AC and DC voltmeter and ohmmeter. Due to its
light weight and small size, it is convenient as a hand‐held type device.
It is equipped with ITU‐T O.41 Psophometer filter, BPF and BEF to evaluate voice
communication lines. Weighted‐noise measurement or measurements of cross talk etc.
is also simple.
Frequency counter works together with the level meter to identify the frequency of the
measuring signal.
Monitor function works together with the level meter. The signal in measuring
can be listened by the speaker (or handset).
By the Peak‐Hold function, maximum and minimum values are measured, so that the variation span of signal level, voltage and resistance for a long period can be easily identified.
By a single frequency measuring function, it is possible to measure the answer tone of facsimile and modem.
Talk between two terminals on 4W‐line can be operated. Measured data can be stored in the MMC (Multi Media Card) as CSV format, which can
be transferred to the personal computer in the form of spreadsheet program and thus
it is editable.
