The display calibration is carried out with a keypad on the front. Two analog inputs enable the connection of two sensors. Their information can be displayed with F1 and F2. The two measured variables F1 and F2 are processed further in the calculation block and displayed with F3. The measured variables F1, F2 and F3 can be output as separate analog output signals -10...+10 V/ 0...+10 V for the direct control of processes. Two adjustable limits on "P1" and "P2", with free assignment, enable monitoring of production processes. In addition, the PCD45 is equipped with an electronic peak-value memory (slave pointer), which can be programmed by the operator on F1, F2 or F3. For – Time control example, warranty times, maintenance – Short-time measurement intervals and operating costs can be – Control of mixing times determined, and throughput times or – Furnace controllers mixing times can be detected. The – Service life measurement electronic hours meters operate with – Display of warranty times quartz accuracy and, in contrast to electromechanical solutions, independently of the respective mains frequency. The accuracy is 100 ppm. Both hundredths of an hour and minutes can be displayed. 5
