It is usually used in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal atrial flutter and ventricular
tachyarrhythmia.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are a patient with congestive heart failure, atrioventricular block, sinoatrial block, arrhythmia after
myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, or hepatic or renal
dysfunction.
If you are taking ritonavir (Norvir) ,mirabegron (Betanis) or telaprevir(Telavic).

・Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is<<
to be written by a healthcare professional>>
・For paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and paroxysmal atrial flutter: In general, for adults, start to take 1 tablet (100 mg of
the active ingredient) daily. If the effect is insufficient, the dosage is increased up to 2 tablets (200 mg) daily to
take in 2 divided doses. The dosage may be decreased according to the age or symptoms.

If the effect is insufficient, the dosage is increased up to 2 tablets (200 mg) daily to take in 2 divided doses. The
dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms.
For children's tachyarrhythmia (paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal atrial flutter, paroxysmal supraventricular,
ventricular): In general, for infants 6 months old or over, toddlers, and children take 50-100 mg/m2 (body surface
area) daily in 2-3 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. The maximum dose
