Strategy is not a set and forget exercise but a living, breathing discipline which constantly changes and mutates. It is also the one thing that sets an executive team up for success. A clearly articulated and agreed direction which commits the senior executive team to achieve business ambition. The off-site workshop group would then agree to meet one week after the workshop to review the notes in a one hour playback session. This would conclude the process as scoped - subject to agreed further actions. They are payable within 14 days of date of invoice.
