Cell Attack
Did you know that you have 10,000,000,000,000 cells in your body?
These cells have a leader it name is the nucleolus. It also has a partner in
crime; its name is the cell membrane. Cell also have henchman there names
are organelles. In this essay we will learn about nucleolus, cell membrane,
and the organelles.
The first one we will learn about is the nucleolus. The nucleolus is the
control center of the cell. There fore, it is like the brain or the boss. The
place where you can find the boss is the center of eukaryotic cells. The way
the boss stays protected is the mend strands of DNA wrapped around
proteins in manner that resembles a string of beads.
Next we will learn about the cell membrane. The cell membranes job
is to get stuff out and in side of the cell. Of course, every cell has a cell
membrane. The cell membrane is composed of two thin layers of
phospholipids molecules studded with large proteins. The cell membrane is
not like the boss, because the cell membrane protects like an animal cell. For
example, it does not have a cell wall. The it forms a barrier between the
cytoplasm and the environment out side the cell.
Last, but not least are the organelles. I am not kidding about least
because there are a lot of organelles in the nucleolus. Small organelles that
help with day to day things in the nucleolus. Important organelles are the
ribosome. You should know that all organelles carry out specific functions
within the cell. If you do not think organelles are impotent, you’re wrong.
In this essay you learned about the nucleolus, the cell membrane, and
the organelles. These things are important in your body. The cell membrane
is like the brain in your body, the nucleolus is the heart and the organelles
are the organs.
