In addition to FM, it encompasses property, housing and cleaning services. It comprises 100,000 organisations with a total of about 1.4m employees (over 80% of the organisations employ fewer than five staff). In all, this grouping accounts for 7% of UK GDP. BIFM and FMA represent our sector on this council.
