In order to gain and maintain health, changes in water intake, eating habits, sleep, physical activity and
supplementation will need to be addressed. It is imperative to the success of TBM treatments that you
follow the protocols. Not following the recommended protocol given will only result in repeated visits and
longer healing times. The effects of TBM are often noticed immediately. It is highly recommended that
you speak to you doctor prior to engaging in any natural health program.
To gain the maximum benefits from TBM, sessions should be repeated frequently at first and tapering off
over a period of 4 to 6 months on average. We suggest 3 initial visits to reset and restore the body’s ability
to heal itself naturally. This will consist of a 1 hour intake, 45 min. Phase I, 45 min Phase II and 15-30
minute office visits thereafter. The session repetition will be approximately: 3 a week for 2 weeks, 2
sessions per week for 2 weeks, 1 session per week for 2 weeks, 1 session every other week for 2 weeks, then
monthly for a month or two. Taking into consideration everyone’s individuality, this is an average, not
the rule.

Salt – Salt has gotten a bad rap lately. Salt is utilized by the body to get water into the cells where it belongs.
Himalayan salt is the only zero toxicity salt. Sole is a salt water solution that will be used. Instructions are
attached. If you are on a salt restricted diet from your doctor we will need to discuss if TBM is right for you.

Red Meat: In order for the body to heal, it requires at least 9oz of red meat per week (Steak, BLUE is best).
See Below for more information on Raw Steak and how to prepare it.
Diet: The body needs water, red meat, fiber, salt and fat. First make sure you are getting what you need and
refine as you go. It is Quantity over Quality!! Do not limit yourself to an all organic diet. Doing so makes
the body hypersensitive to non-organic foods. Drink whatever water is available to you. Start eating more
fruits and vegetables (1 word foods – apple, potato, rice, peas) and eliminate processed and refined foods
(boxed and white). Don’t get caught up in all the latest fads. A properly functioning body is equipped to get

Exercise – Minimum of 20 minutes a day 5 days a week. Brisk walking counts and pumps cerebral spinal
fluid and stimulates the brain.
Supplements – It is the goal of TBM to get your body functioning at an optimal level. A properly
functioning body is capable of handling toxins, parasites, bacterium and viruses. During the healing process
the body may require support to aid in healing. Herbal or homeopathic supplements may be used to assist
the body in healing. Bring any current supplements to your first visit. Supplements that you are currently
taking may not be complimentary to this program. Do not add supplements to your healing program
without prior consent. It could interfere with or undue a correction made by this office

Following Visits are Generally a half hour
Following visits address the causes of your symptoms and strives to eliminate them so that the body is
now able to heal itself. To include but not limited to: Blood pressure, Joint Pain, Arthritis, Inflammation,
Insomnia, Structural imbalances, Emotional Disturbances, Intestinal Disorders, Digestion, Hormone
imbalances, Depression, Chronic Sinus, Allergies, Chronic Illness, Chronic Pain, Colds, Flus, Etc.
Other items to be addressed are: Balancing All Systems, Balance All Chakras, Memory, learning and
comprehension, Basic Emotional Balance, Post Modification Testing, Vaccination Detoxification and
structure aligning.
Structural aligning is available and often requires an additional appointment or a longer visit.
The first three visits are 45 minutes to one hour. Protocol for the average person is 3 visits a week for 2
weeks, 2 visits a week for 2 weeks, one visit a week for 2 weeks, one visit every other week then as
needed. This is an average, not the rule. *More extreme cases may require longer healer times and
extended visits*

Making Sole
Everyone knows that salt dissolves in water, right? But did you know that if you keep adding salt to a glass of
water you’ll get to a point where the water becomes super-salty or saturated with salt? Did you also know that
when the water becomes super-salty or saturated with salt that the salt will just sit on the bottom of the glass
without dissolving? This is exactly what the Original Himalayan Crystal Salt® Sole is, super-saturated, salty water.
HOW TO MAKE SOLE
Step 1:
Fill half a jar with Himalayan Salt stones in a glass jar, preferably one with a flip lid. Then fill with
water and let sit for 24 hours.

Step 2:
If all the salt crystals have dissolved, add a few more salt crystals to the water. Your Original
Himalayan Crystal Salt® Sole is ready when the water becomes fully saturated with salt and cannot hold any more.
The salt will no longer dissolve at this stage. There should always be salt crystals in the jar. As you use up the
Original Himalayan Crystal Salt® Sole, after some time, add more water and more salt until the water is again
saturated. Remember, there should always be un-dissolved salt crystals on the bottom of the jar. This is your visual
proof that the water is totally saturated with salt.
Step 3:
Each morning(or as doctor recommends), shake it up and take one tablespoon of the Original
Himalayan Crystal Salt® Sole and leave it in your mouth for a few seconds then swallow, and chase it with a glass of
water. Keep the container covered to prevent the water from evaporating. Otherwise, no special storage is needed.
The fully saturated Original Himalayan Crystal Salt® Sole will keep forever! Salt is a natural anti-bacterial and
natural fungicide. It simply cannot spoil or go bad.
The Concentration of Sole
When the percentage of concentration of the Original Himalayan Crystal Salt® Sole are talked about in the book
Water & Salt-The Essence of Life, they mean the ratio of water to salt.
Sole = A fully saturated solution of water and the Original Himalayan Crystal Salt®. The water becomes saturated
with salt when the water can no longer dissolve more salt. At this point, the salt crystals remain un-dissolved on the
bottom of the jar, indicating that the solution has reached it’s saturation limit. The water is now fully saturated with
salt. This is what we call Sole. One teaspoon of Original Himalayan Crystal Salt Sole contains 478 mg of Sodium That’s equivalent to 20% of the USDA’s recommended daily allowance of 2,500 mg.
Sole Solution = When we speak of a sole solution, we speak of a diluted quantity of the concentrated Sole in
water. When we take the fully saturated Sole and add water to it, we create a Sole solution. Many of the therapeutic

Rare Steak, You’ve Got to Be Kidding!
No, I’m not kidding. I have found that rare steak offers more nutrients and supports a quicker recovery from a stressrelated condition, such as fibromyalgia, than any other food.
First off, what is red meat?
We consider beef, venison, buffalo, and elk red meat. Pork, chicken, turkey, fish are not.
Isn’t red meat hard to digest?
In short no, not unless it’s cooked. Rare meat, which is basically warmed, but not cooked, is quite easy to digest.
However, when it is cooked to the point that it could be used as a hockey puck, which is how most people cook it,
well, yes.
Isn’t it dangerous to eat rare beef?
First off, all properly cared for meat is sterile, except on the outside. Microbes do not normally live in muscle. The area
of the steak where the butcher’s knife has cut it could be a problem though. That is why you want to sear the top and
bottom to sterilize them. Additionally, the stomach is at a pH of 1 which will virtually sterilize a well chewed piece of
meat. If you are not making hydrochloric acid, then that wouldn’t be the case and hydrochloric acid will need to be
taken with meals.
Why can’t it be cooked?
In short, I don’t know. I’ve just found clinically that rare steak supports recovery far better than cooked steak or
hamburger. We do know that enzymes inherent in all living things are destroyed with cooking.
Won’t it make my cholesterol go sky high?
Not in my experience. I tenaciously follow my patient’s lipid profiles and consistently see abnormal cholesterol and
triglycerides actually improve with a diet high in red meat. In fact, overall I’ve seen dietary fat have a positive effect on
lipid profiles, which is the opposite of what those making money off of cholesterol drugs are telling people.
Doesn’t beef have all kinds of hormones, antibiotics and other toxins in it?
Well, yes, unless it was naturally raised. But so does about any food stuff you purchase. There are a myriad of
problems with food production in America. So what does one do? First off, I encourage quantity over quality. What I
mean is that first focus on getting the right quantity of the foods you need, then, if you have the inclination and
resources, worry about quality. If you don’t mind spending 2 – 3 times the amount for your food or have an interest in
raising your own beef, chicken, fruits and vegetables, go right ahead. Each person has to create their own balance.
Additionally, keep in mind that when a body is supplied with adequate nutrients, is well hydrated and physically active,
it can deal quite adequately with the toxins that are almost unavoidable in today’s world.
Why is it so good for me?
The real answer is because you have been genetically adapted to it. In other words, if you don’t like that you need to
eat red meat then direct your anger toward your ancestors. Our progenitors had vegetables part of the year, fruit part
of the year and even grains part of the year, but meat was always available and animal foods a staple. As a result, the
body has centered many of it’s physiological processes on animal foods, particularly animal proteins and fats. A
couple of these include blood sugar, which is actually brain sugar, regulation and hormone production. Look at the
rise of diabetes, depression and obesity in the United States since red meat and animal fat in general has been
labeled “bad” by the nutritional “authorities.”
Additionally, red meat is high in the essential amino acid methionine. Because it is a “methyl donor”, it is essential for
effective detoxification in the liver, because it is incorporated into the “N-terminal” position of all proteins, it is essential
in the production of proteins within the body. Vegetables, fruits and legumes contain very little methionine.
How do I cook a steak rare?
Start with a hot surface. A briquette grill is my personal favorite. When I cook indoor I use a cast iron grill pan, but a
flat surface can work as well. To keep the steak from sticking, especially if it is a lean cut, I will apply some butter. I
then grind fresh pepper and apply salt to each side and rub it in with my fingers. Then I place the steak on the grill
and, with a ¾ inch thick cut, leave on each side for about 90 – 120 seconds. If the steak is thinner, the time needs to
be reduced. Just long enough to take the refrigerator coolness out of the center. When finished it should be warm, but
completely raw in the center with about 1/8 inch of gray on each surface. If you overcook it, it will “bleed” liquid onto
your plate. That means that you have ruptured the cell membranes and destroyed some of the delicate nutrients.
But I don’t like the taste of it!
Then start out with small portions. Over time you will develop a taste for it.
First Aid Kit for Clients
It is best to keep a few basic herbal or homeopathic formulas on hand for sickness. Often we get phone calls
on what to do for specific issues and a client has to make a special trip just to pick up one of the items.
Resorting to antibiotics will result in destruction of gut flora and should only be taken if absolutely
necessary.

Honey – Raw honeys is a wonderful aide for any infection. Taken by the teaspoon in water and lemon is
recommended several time throughout the day. DO NOT USE HONEY AS A FOOD.
Colloidal Silver: A great inexpensive, universal solution to start taking at the onset of any illness. Please
see attached sheet for usages. Works best when taken orally along with any of the above supplements for a
quicker and more complete recovery. Can be taken alone, but is not always enough for deep infections.
PREVENTION: Immunis Liq. Can be taken daily during cold and flu season to prevent illness.
Recommendations on the bottle
Colloidal Silver: 1 teaspoon once or twice daily
Good O’l Home Remedies
**With any remedy used as an antibiotic or antiviral -- Continue for 7 days after all symptoms have ceased**
GARLIC: Raw garlic is natures greatest antibiotic. For lung infection take a clove of
garlic, smack with knife and peel. Wrap in paper towel insuring that one side is only one ply thick. Run under warm water.
Press out extra water. Use as a compress on the chest.
FOOT SOAK: take ten cloves of garlic, peel and give a rough chop... Let sit on board while you boil enough water to soak your
feet in a basin about 2 inches high. Pour boiling water in a basin big enough to put both feet in. Toss garlic in and pour boiling
water over garlic. Only need to be high enough to cover the top of feet. Let cool until a comfortable temperature. Soak your feet
for 20 minutes up to 3 times a day. This pulls the antibiotic properties straight into the blood stream.
GARLIC SWIG: dice a clove of garlic toss in a glass, swish a bit of water in it and swig it down. DON'T DO ON AN EMPTY
STOMACH. 4 to 5 times a day.
POWERFUL COUGH AND COLD SYRUP: Layer the following in a quart jar.....equal amounts of garlic and red onion, then a
few slices of raw ginger. Top that with an equal amount of sugar (prefer evaporated cane juice or sucanat or better yet raw honey).
Continue the layers until jar is full. In 4 hours you will start to see a syrup forming. The syrup can be used 4 times a day by the
teaspoon. Strain ingredients when syrup is formed and store in fridg.
RAW HONEY.......TAKEN BY THE TSP OR MIXED IN WARM WATER WITH LEMON IS STRAIGHT
ANTIVIRAL/ANTIBACTERIAL!! Only when taken in that form does the body consider it medicine. When used as food like
spreading on toast it is used as food and the body will not use as medicine.
CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL place a drop or two on the soles of the feet a couple times a day. Especially at night.
THYME TEA: 1 tsp of thyme to 1 cup of water, let steep 10 minutes. Add a little honey and lemon if desired. Best cough
expectorant ever!! Up to 4x/day
