One of my current researches is
focused on growth, formation and
mechanics of nanostructures in
semiconductor material systems.
The influence of diffusion, growth,
and stress on the morphological
evolution of nanostructures in
epitaxial thin films is being
investigated. I am also interested in
numerical modeling and simulations
of mechanical response of various
engineering structures.
Constitutive modeling and numerical
simulation of polymeric materials,
soft matter and bulk metallic glasses
