MSc Mathematics Review The aim of these lectures is to review some basic mathematical concepts, which you are assumed to be familiar with. In particular, these lectures will review the concepts of: Functions (Linear, Quadratic, Cubic, Hyperbolic, Exponential and Logarithmic) Matrices Derivatives and the rules of differentiation Unconstrained and Constrained Optimization Principles of Finance (Capital Budgeting: NPV, IRR, Profitability Index; Depreciation; Simple and Compound Interest Rate).
