the exams are TI-30XA, TI-30XS, TI-30XIIS, Casio FX 260, and Casio FX 260 solar. You need to

Missing an Exam: There will be no make-up exams given for missed exams except as required
by university policy. You must notify me before the start of the exam (in writing) of your intent
to miss an exam. This request must be approved by me.
Students with Disabilities: Students officially registered with the Office of Disable Student
Services and requesting special accommodations for this class should contact me early in the
quarter so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Emergency Notification System: All Louisiana Tech students are strongly encouraged to enroll
and update their contact information in the Emergency Notification System. It takes just a few
seconds to ensure you’re able to receive important text and voice alerts in the event of a
campus emergency. For more information on the Emergency Notification System, please visit:
http://www.latech.edu/administration/ens.shtml.
HONOR CODE: Students should be aware that during an exam, referring to information not
specifically allowed by the instructor or receiving information from another student or another
unauthorized source is a violation of the honor code and can be met with severe sanctions
against the student. In accordance with the Academic Honor Code, students pledge the
following: Being a student of higher standards, I pledge to embody the principles of academic
integrity. For details refer to http://www.latech.edu/tech/students/honor-code.pdf.
Using Mediasite: The lectures can be viewed through a technology called Mediasite. You must
authenticate to the system using your University ID and password (This is the same one that
you use to access the University webmail system). If you do not have this information, you may
obtain this by calling the Computing Center at 318-257-2893. Have your CWID#, and BOSS PIN#
ready to receive this over the phone. For security reasons, if you do not know both your CWID#
and BOSS PIN#, you must call the Registrars office to get this information before calling the
Computing Center.
