ACTIVE RESEARCH PROJECTS
 Study of epigenetics, molecular genetics and cytogenetics of breast cancer in order
to find possible diagnostic /prognostic / predictive biomarkers detectable in
peripheral blood.
 Study of genomic instability and genes involved in multi-factorial disease (such as
diabetic nephropathy and cancers) in order to find related prognostic / diagnostic/
predictive biomarkers in blood.
 Study of genes involved in radiation biological responsiveness and tissue response
heterogeneity to irradiation applicable in prediction of radiotherapy responses.
