upon request. This insert contains important informaon about the correct usage of
ACUVUE® and SUREVUE® Brand Contact Lenses, which are listed in Table 1 and contains
informaon about adverse reacons and contraindicaons.
Johnson & Johnson Medical Ltd provides ACUVUE® and SUREVUE® Brand Contact Lenses
Patient Instruction Guides that contain further information for contact lens wearers. The
Eye Care Professional should provide the patient with the Patient Instruction Guide that
pertains to the patient’s prescribed lens.
