MOSCOW RUSSIA NIKOLAI ZYKOV THEATRE PUPPET BACH CONCERT (PUPPENBACHKONZERT) wordless puppet show for family audience PUPPET BACH CONCERT - unique marionettes and experimental puppets in one-man puppet performance for children and adults to the music of Johann Sebastian Bach. Johann Sebastian Bach (1685 – 1750) - a German composer and musician. His music is revered for its intellectual depth, technical command, and artistic beauty. The performance consists of 7 puppet vignettes to the music of Bach for different musical instruments. Nikolai Zykov is a world famous puppeteer who has performed his puppet shows in more than 40 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America. Nikolai Zykov has created and has made more than 200 unique marionettes, hand, rod, radio-controlled and innovative puppets. Nikolai Zykov is an author, director, artist and performer of over 20 puppet performances which have received many international awards including Award of World UNIMA Congress. AGE GROUP OF AUDIENCE: audience of any ages. LANGUAGE OF THE SHOW: none (no dialogs, no narration text, only non-stop music). PLACE OF PERFORMING: theatre, concert hall, etc. Open air presentations are possible in night time only. CAPACITY OF AUDIENCE: up to 500 spectators (ideal audience size - 300-200 spectators). SYSTEM OF PUPPETS: string marionettes, rod and giant puppets. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 1-2 persons. TOTAL WEIGHT OF PROPS: 20 kg. AMOUNT OF PROPS: 1 case 80x50x27 centimeters. LIGHT: darkness is necessary on the stage. No special requirements for stage light. Open air presentations are possible in night time only. SOUND: one hand microphone and sound equipment for mp3 flash card or Audio CD are necessary. ELECTRICITY: one outlet 220 V (max 100 W) is necessary on the stage. CURTIANS: curtains can be any, but black or dark curtains of the stage are preferable. STAGE: any stage size is good, but 4 m deep and 110 centimeters height of the stage are preferable.
