Accomplishments
I successfully created a system of Sleep Medicine: Home study and Device setup, that could be
maintained by one person from a system of random staff selection. Which also increased pt.
understanding of sleep study, data collection and various device setup procedures, and thereby
lessened the need for Pt. rescheduling and re-testing due to test failures, and inadequate data
collected later received after the fact. Initially Implementing a new system was hard and very
difficult at times. Making corrections with time and trying new ways to make the system viable
and manageable for one staff member. finally I developed a streamline method that allowed
one medical assistant to do the job that once took the entire staff to do using the random system
that I replaced with the new system now use in the Swedish Sleep Medicine Department.
