AP Cervical
1. Intersection of the right zygapophysial joints medial border with the superior border of the
vertebral body
2. Intersection of the left zygapophysial joints medial border with the superior border of the
vertebral body
3. Most lateral aspect of the right inferior border of the vertebral body
4. Most lateral aspect of the left inferior border of the vertebral body
C3 Points (1-4) are the same for C4, C5, C6, C7.
5. Right most lateral point of the superior vertebral body of T1
6. Left most lateral point of the superior vertebral body of T1
