In order to subscribe to the Digital Library of Core E-Resources on Ireland you will need to:
1.
Print out and read the Digital Library of Core E-Resources on Ireland Sub-Licence
Agreement.
2.
Complete one original copy of Digital Library of Core E-Resources on Ireland Sub-Licence
Agreement Form below. Please use block capitals and black ink. Please also complete a
Network Verification Form* (if your institution does not currently subscribe to any of the JSTOR
Collections).
3.
Scan and email a copy with the hand signature to [email protected] or post the
original Sub-Licence Agreement Form, completed and unbound (along with the Network
Verification Form* if applicable) to:

Please retain a copy for your institutional records
*Once JSTOR has received the appropriate sub-license and Network Verification Form (new
participants only), they will begin to process access for your institution. Please note that it normally
requires about 7 to 14 business days to install access for new collections. Once access has been
established, you will receive a welcome message from the JSTOR staff.

This is a twenty five (25) Year agreement terminating on 31 March 2034.
The Charge for access and use of the Licensed Material for the duration of this Sub-Licence shall be
a peppercorn payable if demanded by JISC Collections.
* It should be NOTED that by signing and returning this form, subscribers are legally bound to the
payment of the full total relevant to their institution for the remainder of the agreement.

JISC Collections Sub-Licence Data Protection Act Statement
The Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) is a strategic advisory committee working
on behalf of the funding bodies for further and higher education (FE and HE) in England,
Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. To ensure continued success at the negotiating table
and the ability to respond to the changing needs of the community, JISC has established a
mutual trading company, The JISC Content Procurement Company Limited, which will trade
as JISC Collections. The JISC Content Procurement Company Limited is the recognised data
controller for data processed by JISC Collections.
In line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998, JISC Collections will use
the information you have provided on this Sub-licence Agreement for the
administration of your subscription to this online resource. In order to do this it will be
necessary for JISC Collections to transfer the information you have provided to third
parties who are involved in the administration of your subscription, namely:




the publishers of the content;
the service providers, who will provide access to the online resource;
the invoicing agent who will raise the invoice for your subscription;
JISC Regional Support Centres.
From time to time JISC Collections would also like to use this information to contact
the people whose details are included on this form with information about other
online resources from JISC Collections, forthcoming events or publications which
may be of interest to them.




