of their atomic numbers

9. Halogens- group 17 on the periodic table, they are very reactive nonmetals and they have seven
electrons in their outer shell
10. Noble gases- group 18 on the periodic table, they are unreactive and have 8 electrons in their
outer shell; except for Helium
