Natalie Winter, Ed.D Assistant Professor of Business Natalie C. Winter, Ed.D., MBA is the Associate Dean and an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Robert Jabs School of Business of California Baptist University (CBU). Dr. Winter teaches undergraduate classes in Marketing Management, Marketing Research, Integrated Marketing Communications, Retail & Merchandising, and Organization and Management, as well a graduate class in Management of Change. She has previously taught Principles of Marketing, eCommerce, International Marketing & Economics, Consumer Behavior, and a graduate course in Marketing Management. Prior to joining CBU, Dr. Winter served as the Marketing Director for a jewelry design and manufacturing company where she oversaw all of the company’s marketing communications as well as product development efforts. Dr. Winter played a key role in launching a new business venture and also helped develop the licensing efforts for the organization, which included jewelry for The Chronicles of Narnia movies. Previously she served as the Product Line Manager for a publishing company where she directed the development and communication strategies for Youth & Adult curriculum materials. Dr. Winter also taught business and marketing classes at Vanguard University where she was part of a curriculum assessment team. Dr. Winter received her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. Her dissertation research focused on the Millennial Generation and their acceptance of others. Dr. Winter’s research interests continue to include Generational Differences, as well as Social Entrepreneurship and Globalization, and Servant Leadership and For-Profit Organizations. Her research of generational differences is also seen through her commitment to helping organizations learn how to embrace each new generation in her consulting work with Concurrent Communications, where she serves as President. Dr. Winter resides in Orange County, CA with her husband, Aldee, and two dogs – Goose and Maverick. She is actively involved with Compass Bible Church and participates in the Partners Discipleship Program. She previously helped found and served as the faculty advisory for the Women of Influence club at CBU. She is a member of Living Room International Ministries’ Board of Directors, and serves on the American Advertising Federation: Inland Empire Education Advisory Board.
