Overview
G.T.C. – “Gimme the Cargo, LTD” - (“G.T.C.”) knows that you care about how your
personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. By
visiting G.T.C.’s Web site, using any of the services offered on G.T.C.’s Web site,
downloading materials from this Web site or by submitting information through our
Web site, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this
Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by this Privacy
Policy or our Terms of Use, do not use the site or download materials from the site.
G.T.C.’s Web site, is specifically designed to provide information to potential and
current independent owner-operators of G.T.C. (“Drivers”). This Web site contains
information that is intended to assist individuals interested in becoming a Driver for
G.T.C. to quickly and easily obtain specific and accurate information about G.T.C.
and its Driver and Equipment Qualifications. Additionally, this Web site contains
information for current G.T.C. Drivers. In order to provide this information efficiently
and in a manner that is most helpful to you, it is necessary, in some instances, to
collect information to establish a secured account with G.T.C., to collect information
to utilize the Web site’s services and application processes, and to collect information
transmitted when the Web site is in use. This document identifies the specific
information gathered and how that information is used.
G.T.C. does not knowingly collect any information from or about a child without the
consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. Given that our Web site primarily
advertises to individuals with commercial driver's license (CDL), and that a person
must be at least 18 to receive even an intrastate restricted CDL, G.T.C. operates
under the assumption that any requests for information are from an individual who
has reached the age of majority.

G.T.C. values your privacy. As a user of this Web site, be assured that your privacy is protected.
Any information gathered about our users is used internally to identify areas of improvement for
the Web site. When other information is collected from you, such as your name, e-mail address,
or other personally identifiable information, we generally use such information you provide only to
respond to your inquiry or to process your request (such as to pre-qualify to become a Driver or to
access information specific to you or your G.T.C. account). This information may be shared with
other G.T.C. businesses, but only if necessary to fulfill your request or for related purposes.
Information obtained directly from our users, through online forms, applications and registrations
is only used for the stated purpose. All information that G.T.C. collects and maintains will not be
released to any party outside of G.T.C. or its related businesses without your consent, except
that:
1. We may disclose such information to companies and individuals we employ to perform
functions on our behalf. Examples may include hosting our Web servers, analyzing data,
performing background checks, providing marketing assistance and providing customer service.
These companies and individuals will have access to your personal information to perform their

in order to enable the interactive function. G.T.C. captures the following information about users

Web site, including without limitation, making application for pre-qualification as an G.T.C. Driver
and accessing personal account information. Personal information about a user is captured
within the registration and the online application forms provided on our Web site, including the
Driver Pre-Qualification Application. The following information may be gathered from these areas:

Phone and fax
Email address
Company information
If you complete the Driver Pre-Qualification Application you will be asked to provide other
information about your driving record.
How do we use your information?
As a part of utilizing the services offered through this Web site, we require that you submit the
information described above. We use this information to: (1) for current G.T.C. Drivers, establish
a login specifically for access to your G.T.C. account information; (2) evaluate your ability to meet
G.T.C.’s Driver and Equipment Qualifications; and (3) communicate with you when the need
arises. We do not sell, trade or rent any of this information to others.
How do we provide data security?
Each registered user accessing his or her G.T.C. account information on the Web site has an
individual User Name and password as set by him or her or by a User Administrator from his or
her company to ensure that all of a user’s data is protected against unauthorized access. The
User Administrator acting on behalf of his or her company is responsible for deactivating the User
Name and password of employees departing his or her company. G.T.C. has implemented
reasonable security measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss
and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. When you begin the on-line
application process at the G.T.C. Web site, your personal information is protected through the
use of encryption measures, such as the Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") protocol. The SSL
protocol makes it difficult for your personal information to be intercepted or stolen while it is being
transmitted. We cannot, however, guarantee that unauthorized third parties (such as "hackers"
and other dishonest and criminal persons) will never be able to defeat our security measures or

Do we monitor who uses our Web site?

endorse or make any representations or warranties concerning, and will not in any way be liable
