But you can experiment with your looks and appearance only if you have healthy hair. Hair covering most of our body and 25% of our head is made up of keratin. It contains no nerves or blood vessels but embedded in the living skin from where it draws nutrition that contributes to hair lustre and colour. The life span of a hair is 3 to 7 years. Those who are scared to find a couple of hairs daily on their comb don’t worry its normal to lose about 100 hairs everyday.
