Is one of these an error or does it function as both? Elbow Joint Tonic: Bicep Brachii Phasic: Tricep Brachii Hip Joint Tonic: Adductor Group (adductor longus, brevis, magnus, pectineus, gracillis) Phasic: Gluteus Max/Medius Knee Joint Tonic: Hamstrings Phasic: Rectus Femoris Ankle Joint Tonic: Calves (gastrocnemius & soleus) Phasic: Tibialis Anterior & Fibularis group* * Same point as above.
