Premier Eye Care for
Your Best-Ever Vision
Exacting standards and the most advanced technology and
techniques make this South Florida eye center the go-to practice
for patients seeking surgically improved vision.
B
raverman Eye Center has provided South
Florida residents with an exceptional
level of overall eye care for more than 37
years. The practice is a premier provider
of LASIK eye surgery, cataract surgery, presbyopic
(aging eye) lens exchange, and premium lens
implant technology.
“Ours was the first practice in the Broward
County/Ft. Lauderdale area to perform LASIK
with the Excimer laser, and we also introduced
the Femto LDV™ Femtosecond Surgical Laser to
the South Florida area, allowing us to perform alllaser, blade-free LASIK procedures that are more
advanced technology than procedures performed
with the bladed microkeratome,” Dr. Stanley
Braverman informs.
Braverman Eye Center also offers the highly
regarded WaveLight® Allegretto Wave® Eye-Q
Laser system for less induced higher-order vision
aberrations, achieving more customized vision
correction than is possible with eyeglasses, contacts,
or even traditional LASIK.
“Not every patient is a good candidate for LASIK,”
Dr. Braverman points out. “We offer other options
for patients whose refractive error is too pronounced,
who lack the proper corneal thickness for LASIK, or
who have dry eyes or other ocular conditions.
“We also offer Bioptics as another tool: it
combines procedures when a single option doesn’t
yield the desired level of vision
correction.”
