related fields
With at least 5 years working experience and with at least 3 years experience as
IT project manager and some experience as systems analyst, programmer, QA
tester or any combination of experience in varied IT positions
With knowledge and experience in project management, preferably with
experience in managing online electronic banking systems implementation
projects
With knowledge and experience in people management, facilitating meetings and
trainings, UNIX, Oracle, Windows, networking, data communications and
security, contract and vendor negotiation and management
INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (1)

College Graduate of Computer Science or Information Management Graduate or
any IT related fields
At least 2 years experience as fulltime/dedicated data security officer
At least 5 years experience in disaster recovery, data security research, design and
administration, testing, auditing, risk analysis, TCIP/IP, firewalls, VPNs and other
security devices
With knowledge and experience in data security software and its effect on
systems, sources of needed information for research, project management,
contract and vendor negotiation and management experience
Preferably has experience in Online Transaction processing (OLTP) and / or
electronic banking systems
Can communicate fluently in verbal and written English
NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (1)

College graduate of ECE / Computer Engineering or any similar courses
With at least 2 years experience in LAN/WAN, Frame Relay, Ethernet, Switches,
Firewall system
Preferably with knowledge in Integrated Enterprise Network Products
(IEN Products)
Preferably has experience in online banking systems or application
Reasonably fluent in verbal and written English
HR OFFICER (1)

College graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Psychology, Behavioral Science
or Human Resource
With 2 to 3 years experience in HR work, preferably benefits administration,
recruitment, and training adminitration
Must be proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Reasonably fluent in written and verbal English
BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (2)

College graduate preferably Computer Science or Management Information
System or any similar course
3 years or more experience as Business Analyst and / or Systems Analyst
Preferably has experience in online banking systems or application
Preferably has some experience leading a group of technical people
DATA CENTER STAFF (2)

College Graduate of any 4 year course in I.T. or at least with 2 years certificate
course in I.T.
With knowledge in Unix, Oracle, Networking over TCP/IP, Microsoft
applications and Data Communications
Willing to go on Shifts
Reasonably fluent in verbal and written English

Familiar with process documentation using flowcharting and/or data flow
diagrams - may have learned this in some of their subjects
Good in verbal and written English
