- Revision of clinical sheet, decision of irradiation, prepare patient for irradiation, planning of

Outpatient clinic:
Assessment and follow up of patients suffering from all types of cancer (either treated with
chemotherapy or radiotherapy).
Tumor board:
Participation in the discussion of the new cases with my supervisor staff & learning how to
take a decision of treatment and/or investigations.
Radiotherapy planning:
Writing of clinical sheet, decision of irradiation.
Attendance in training courses in conformal radiotherapy.
Responsible for set up fixation and alloy of protection.
Training and Planning of all types of cancer with single, multiple fields, co-planner or non coplanner arrangements.
Training and taking responsibility for setup, fixation, target, field margins, field arrangement,
protection of critical organs, simulator films, dose & fractionation, lastly verification films.
Making of contour in 2-D plan. - Determination of targets & critical organs.
Participation in the discussion of best treatment plan with my physicist after evaluation of
dose distribution, field arrangements and Dose volume histogram (DVH). All of these tasks were
under supervision of my staff members.
Linac Room:
Writing of the radiotherapy sheet and taking care and follow-up of set up & patient treatment
in the first time & weekly.
In patient clinic:
Daily care for all our patients suffering from cancer.
Clinical round & follow up of patient with my supervisors, attending weekly seminar for
interesting cases with my colleagues.
