A. Issue a Writ of Quo Warranto demanding Defendant to show by what warrant it
claims the authority to engage in the ultra vires acts described herein;
B. Declare Defendant's interference with Relator right to travel to be ultra vires and
therefore void;
C. Enjoin Defendant from further violating Relator right to travel;
D. Award Relator damages in an amount to be determined at trial, plus pre-judgment
and post-judgment interest, as compensation for the harm suffered;
E. Grant such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper under the
circumstances.
