PRICES: all prices are quoted in € (Euro), without engagement. Prices quoted are subject to alterations without notice,
and the offer is subject to the seeds being unsold. Prices and discounts are effective for all shipments from April 1,
2023 through March 31, 2024.
This list cancels all previous quotations.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY: all seeds are shipped ex warehouse of Sarno (SA) - Italy, and travel buyer's exspense
and risk. All goods are sent by the best available route without assuming any responsibility in this respect, unless
otherwise instructed. The company reserve the right to split an order for despatching by customer, when crops are
harvested late and when due to adverse weather conditions. All order subject to our confirmation and crop
conditions. Farao warrants, to the extent of the purchase price that seeds are sold as described on the container,
within recognised tolerances. We give no other or further warranty, expressed or implied of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose. Our liability of any kind is limited to the purchase price of the seed. In no event shall Farao
be liable for the crop, profit or any loss or damages of any kind in any way. If these conditions are not acceptable, the
purchaser must return the seeds within 10 days in the original unopened packages. Seeds may not return without
written authorisation from Farao returns will only be accepted if they are in original, unopened (Farao) to a 15% service
charge.
GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be construed, interpreted and enforced pursuant to and in accordance with
the laws of Italy other than its choice of law provisions. Purchaser hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction and
proper venue of any court of jurisdiction in Italy (Foro di Napoli) for the resolution of any disputes which arise under
this acknowledgment and the order to which it pertains.
PAYMENT TERMS: to customers with established credit, a 2% cash discount will be granted for payment within 30
days of invoice date, with net cash due in 60 days. After sixty days a service charge of 1,5% per month on the
unpaid balance will be charged and collected. Make all wire transfer to:
