OFFICE STAFF / ASSISTANT
Office assistants handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files,
scheduling appointments, writing copy, proofreading, receiving guests and more, depending on the
company and its needs.
WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER
A warehouse team leader is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of team members
employed to work on a given project in an organization, to ensure operations run seamlessly.
WAREHOUSE ADMIN
Prepares basic reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems to
summarize department statistics.
WAREHOUSE STAFF
Warehouse workers work in warehouses where they receive, unpack, arrange, and store goods, and

A Collections Specialist or Staff is a professional who is responsible for resolving overdue bills and

A collector recovers overdue payments on accounts. Collectors track debtors down by phone or mail

ACCOUNTING / FINANCE ASSISTANT
An Accounting Assistant is a professional in charge of maintaining budgets and records. They also
prepare invoices on behalf of clients or employers. Those in this role will be helping with day-to-day
tasks related directly to their field, which means that precision is essential.
PAYROLL ASSISTANT
Payroll assistants gather timesheets, capture time worked, and draft paychecks before employees are
compensated. Payroll assistants are commonly known as payroll clerks.

Analyze employee information on an annual basis to ensure that compensation and benefits programs
are effective in attracting, retaining, and motivating employees.
