TheVIC 7 Commandments
1. Thou shalt have no other key currency before me.
Reveal strengths that others can't reach
2. Thou shalt be only One and not be duplicated.
How To Guarantee the Only and no replica
3. Thou shalt not take TheVIC in vain.
Monetary creation policy to guarantee value
4. Cherish thy genealogy: that thy days may be long.
Guarantee ownership of the currency and keep history
5. Thou shalt live an eternal life.
Protect yourself and not be destroyed
6. Thy owner's name shalt not be arbitrarily changed.
Change of owner's name based on the witness's testimony
7. Thou shalt not bear false witness.
Provides a way to determine the truth

Looking for the future GOSPEL Network
GOSPEL Communication Network ?
GOSPEL stands for Global Octad Switch & Packet with Embedded Label.
Dr. Seung Moon Ryu, who was dispatched to the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) in
1989, studied how to develop military communications networks with limited manpower and budget. He thought it
would be very difficult to create various kinds of equipment within a military network because the communication
network is like a complex living organism, but it would be much more difficult to connect the created equipment
seamlessly.
However, he came to think that since no matter how complex organisms can be made from single cell, so even
complex military networks can be made by cell division. When he presented the concept at CECOM, CECOM offered to
bear the cost of filing a patent, but ADD(Agency for Defense Development in Korea) did not agree, so he returned without
filing a patent in the United States.
After his return, he was appointed as the head of the development of a tactical communication network project Spider,
which was seriously under way at that time. Samsung Electronics, which was selected as a prototype company of that
tactical network, submitted an official document to Dr. Ryu stating that Samsung Electronics would give up the project if
he did not respond to the request for a budget increase. Dr. Ryu persuaded Samsung Electronics to change the
development method to the GOSPEL method to proceed the project and successfully completed the preceding research
and development. Prior to the production of a full-fledged system, practitioners related to the Ministry of Defense, ADD,
and Samsung Electronics gathered to prepare all production standards in the GOSPEL method, register them as a secret
document, and received the necessary budget.
However, Samsung Electronics was developing a military circuit-switching device apart from the tactical network
project. Accordingly, Samsung Electronics tried to change the project direction of the packet network which was
approved, as an outdated circuit network, for using a circuit switch developed by Samsung Electronics. In the process of
reorienting the project, the project's initiative was changed from ADD to Samsung Electronics, and all secret documents
on the packet network were illegally replaced by outdated circuit networks.
In the end, Dr. Ryu made up mind to promote the commercialization of the abandoned GOSPEL network after a lot of
years, and the interference-resistant PicoCast solution is just the wireless part of the GOSPEL network. And PicoBase is
just the baseband of the most important PicoCast chips in the PicoCast solution.
Furthermore, GOSPEL communication network is a very suitable communication network for Block-chain system that
requires multicasting in order to maintain the same database among distributed subscribers due to the distributed
control function of GOSPEL military communication network.
The GOSPEL communication network implements the Block-chain functions essential for the distribution of electronic
currency very easily and reliably without the limit of the number of users.
And the GOSPEL must first be preached to all nations.

Approach
➢ Wired phone blocks for wearable modular smart phone
- Motorola and Google start Ara project to make modular smart phone with prefabricated modules.
- Ara project considering only wired connection between modules and terminated without result.

※ It is more difficult to connect divided blocks seamlessly than to make individual blocks.

PicoCast technology developed from military is very strong against ambient noise.
PicoCast-1 had been successfully commercialized through five times chip-making.
PicoCast-2 was stopped because failed to procure chip development cost.
PicoCast-3 is to eliminate interference even between moving mobile terminals.
PicoBase means the baseband core(SOW & Binary CDMA) of the PicoCast-3 chip.
We plan to promote PicoCast-3 development based on the PicoBase App, which does
not require initial chip investment.

And the GOSPEL must first be preached to all nations.

Wireless User Oriented Network
PicoBase ?
PicoCast technology developed based on Binary CDMA derived from antiinterference military technology enables D2D direct call, group communication,
and Ad-hoc relay wireless network configuration between wireless devices.
Utilizing these features, it is widely used in multilingual briefings, multilingual
tourism and shopping guidance, wireless conference systems, wireless sensors,
remote meter reading and etc.
PicoCast-1 was approved as an ISO/IEC29157 international standard, adopted
as a multilingual briefing system for the 2010 G20 Summit, and sold more than
1.5 million chips to the worldwide market.
Since then, it was not possible to proceed to the next stage of technology
development due to difficulties in procuring chip production costs.
The temporarily manufactured PSS-1001 chip is used in limited areas such as
group radio and KEPCO remote meter reading.
PicoBase is a solution made as a way to promote commercialization without
burdening chip production cost by separating only the baseband part from such
excellent PicoCast Solution.
In particular, it provides a very excellent function for electronic money payment
by using the wireless blockchain feature that delivers information only to
designated targets and complete information protection.
And the GOSPEL must first be preached to all nations.
