I have a blog in the wordpress.org system that is
stored on the servers of siteground.com - and the

I also opened a virtual community account on the
tribe.so website - where there are no posts yet,
and only general information appears on it.
I want to transfer the 410 posts - as they are,
without changing from the WordPress site to the
virtual community account on tribe.so - and do so
so that the content on my WordPress site remains
as it is and is not damaged or harmed by the
process. And I mean: transfer all 410 posts at once
— and without having to upload each one
individually to my tribe.so account.
How can this be done?
