INSTRUCTION FOR THE CANDIDATE:

below. Each question carries 25 marks.
1. “Because of India’s federal structure, dual GST model had been adopted.” Elaborate the
statement with detailed description of different types of GST levied by government.
2. What are different features of goods and services tax?
3. Discuss in detail the types of supply as per GST Act, 2017.
4. Give detailed note on composition scheme.
5. Who are liable to get registration under GST? Briefly describe the procedure for getting
registration.
6. “The taxable event in GST is supply and it includes different elements.” In view of the
statement describe the elements that constitute the part of supply.
