1. Please carry your photo ID proof at the time of check-in (mandated by the Government of India).
2. Utility fee and guest fee (if applicable) must be paid at the time of check-in at the resort. In case of partial utilisation of days booked, cancellation
charges of INR 750 + ST per day per apartment will be charged at the time of check-out.
3. Please inform the resort of your arrival details a day in advance. We would also request you to inform the resort in case of delay in check-in beyond 6 pm.
This is to avoid re-allotment of the room to other guests.
4. Please ensure that all outstanding dues against your membership are cleared for a valid reservation.
5. Microwaves are available only at select resorts and room types. Hot plates and induction stoves are not provided.
6. The voucher is non-transferable and can be used only by the person in whose name it has been issued.
7. Every additional person (limited to 1 adult) would be charged extra bed charges if the occupancy exceeds the maximum room occupancy. Two
children below 12 years will be treated as one adult.
8. We request you to abide by the house rules as applicable at the resort.
