Method
1 Use the tape measure and chalk to mark out a
distance of 10 metres.
2 Use the stop clock to find out how long it takes to
walk 10 metres at your normal walking speed. Write your time in the table.
3 Now find out how long it takes if you walk 10 metres at your fastest speed.
