INFORMATION
Sonix are leaders in advanced multi-frequency sound wave
technology for precise exercise and rehabilitation, utilising
whole body vibration (WBV) mechanisms, incorporating
speakers and magnets, instead of rotating mechanical motors
thus stimulating muscle fibres, cells and bone mineral density,
strengthening the body faster than traditional training methods.
The concept of vibrational exercises was discovered for space
programs and further developed as a means of preventing bone
and muscle loss in the zero gravity environment in space.
The results were so remarkable that decades of research and
development have created a whole body exercise modality
and now highly efficient effects of vertical sound waves,
ranging from 3-50 HZ frequencies, enables the stimulation
of complete energy flow throughout the cells in the human
body as well as altering the blood's PH index from acid to
alkaline within 20 minutes.
