Are you a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, active environment? We
are looking for individuals with an interest in the Leisure Industry/leisure pursuits (especially
climbing) to work as Arena and/or Café Staff at our new Rock Up site based at Whiteley in
Hampshire. Successful candidates will assist with the day to day running of a customerfocused indoor leisure facility, under the direction of the Centre Management Team.
This is an opportunity to be part of the team establishing a new exciting concept in indoor
leisure in retail and high footfall environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that all
business operations are effective with the purpose of producing value for the company. You
will work in multiple positions within the Centre requiring a flexible approach. Subject to
performance, there is also an opportunity to promote into higher management positions.

Prepared to work in and learn all aspects of the business.
The ability to increase sales.
Ability to follow and apply the company operational systems, processes and policies.
Experience gained in the leisure/outdoor industry.
Good IT skills
Previous climbing experience and qualifications desirable but not essential.
